Four years ago my wife and I decided that Hilton Head was the place we wanted to retire. We were vacationing in Hilton Head and were interested in "looking around" to explore the area for a place to call home. I had the opportunity to finally meet Beth last week in Hilton Head SC. Ever since I thought I might want to move to Hilton Head, I had been communicating with her since the beginning of the year (Feb. 2015). I recall our first phone conversation; she was genuinely interested in me and my needs and desires. After the first conversation, she did everything she said she would do and within a week I received the HHI map in the mail and the weekly listings started coming. Throughout the year as I received the listings, her awesome assistant (Barb) would touch base with me and if any clarification was needed, she'd send a separate email. It was when I actually met Beth in person that I fully appreciated her warm and welcoming personality and after spending some time with her, I knew she possessed a vast knowledge of not only Hilton Head Island, but areas like Beaufort and Blufton, and the entire Lowcountry. With many previous realtors I've had experience with, I felt pressured or I was being ignored ... "I'll call you right back" and the call never came. Not so with Beth. She does what she says she'll do. The questions she asks are right on point. You know she's focused on you and trying to find the perfect fit for you, and not just wanting to sell. At this point I am still trying to figure out where I will move to; I'm exploring several different areas. If Hilton Head is a strong consideration, it will only be because I know I will be in the trusted hands of Beth and her assistant Barb.
