Beth and her Team are awesome! They ~know~ the Hilton Head Island area very very well, and have a nice process, whereby Beth talked and interacted with us to determine 'where' amongst the HHI communities we would most likely find a home matching our needs & wants, including house features, lifestyle, and convenience. The Team then started pulling together possibilities for us, and Beth did several live video walk thru's with us as well as did a couple without us live and provided us the videos with her commentary. You can tell -- this Realtor knows her business and actually enjoys her job!, she showed true enthusiasm, reliability, accessibility, and flexibility, noting our tastes and carrying those forward as the house search continued.
