Great experience working with Beth and her Team on our house search! They all were enthusiastic, accessible, responsive and energized. Beth took time to figure out which neighborhoods might be most desirable to us, and helped us focus our searching that way. They provided great info on all the areas of HHI, including the current and expected costs of each one (these vary across neighborhoods, alot) Beth was awesome doing live video walk thru tours of homes with us, and also provided some 'after the fact' videos of properties of interest she toured at our request. Beth and her Team are awesome! They ~know~ the Hilton Head Island area very very well, and have a nice process, whereby Beth talked and interacted with us to determine 'where' amongst the HHI communities we would most likely find a home matching our needs & wants, including house features, lifestyle, and convenience. The Team then started pulling together possibilities for us, and Beth did several live video walk thru's with us as well as did a couple without us live and provided us the videos with her commentary.
